Junior Activities
At Ashton Park Sports Centre we offer activities for juniors from the age of 4 - 16years both during school term time and during school holidays.
All staff are qualified and have an enhanced CRB clearance.
All of our activities are also risk assessed regulary to ensure the safety of the children in our care at all times.
Our Holiday Activitiy programme has been running since our opening in 2005 and has grown from strength to strength. We have fantastic coaches to deliver all activities, the over all programme is led by our qualified community / netball coach who has years experience of coaching children both at community venues and within our local primary schools who is assisted by a team of coaches who have gained their coaching experience over time through courses studied here at our Post 16 centre enabling them to firstly gain voluntary experience to go onto leading sessions themselves.
We have a strong sense of team work here at Ashton Park therefore every member of staff employed here are involved in the running of holiday activities whether it be on a delivery or an administration level. The coaches also deliver the Birthday Party activities at the weekends so we can ensure the same standard through out.
