* All new members must have an induction with one of our trained members of staff, new members are also entitled to a free personal programme at the start of their membership to help you get started. Gold and silver members are entitled to free refresher programmes through out their membership. Bronze members are required to pay £6 for refresher programmes.
** Proof of concession is required. Available for FULL time students, over 65's and individuals in receipt of low income or disability benefits.
